Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and detailed instructions for hardware installations and setups.
• Guide on-site personnel or clients through the deployment of servers, workstations, printers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware compatibility issues, driver conflicts, and performance problems remotely.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware configurations and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure best practices in hardware deployment and system integration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT hardware installation, configuration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, server components, networking equipment, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent remote communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with remote support tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
