About the Role

You will work remotely, collaborating closely with the e-commerce team to maintain website accuracy, process orders efficiently, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings on the e-commerce platform, including uploading new items, updating descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing and imagery.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product information via email and chat.

Requirements
