About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Hotel Operations Director to oversee the entire operational framework of their esteemed establishment in Stellenbosch. You will be responsible for managing all departments, ensuring seamless integration, optimal efficiency, and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and staff.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in senior hotel management or operations roles.
• Proven track record of successful operational leadership and financial management.
• In-depth knowledge of all hotel operational areas and industry best practices.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, essential for managing a team in Stellenbosch.
