About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and executing daily classroom activities and lessons.
• Supervise children during playtime, transitions, and group activities, ensuring their safety.
• Support children's learning and development by providing individual attention and encouragement.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Prepare educational materials and resources for classroom use.
• Communicate positively with children, parents, and fellow staff members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a qualification in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Previous experience working with young children in a group setting is preferred.
