Where You'll Make an Impact

• Evaluate new acquisition opportunities, including financial feasibility analyses and comprehensive market research.
• Liaise with agents to source and gather vital information on potential properties.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and compile detailed reports to inform strategic choices.
• Present opportunities at weekly deal committee meetings, influencing key investment decisions.
• Manage development timelines, control costs, and oversee quality assurance to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with the development team and external professionals involved in ongoing projects.
• Prepare rental proposals and develop marketing plans for new development spaces.
• Assist in sales preparation, reporting, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers.
• Support tender processes and conduct ad hoc market research.

Requirements

• Proven ability to evaluate property opportunities through financial and market analysis.
• Strong liaison skills with agents, brokers, and internal teams.
• Experience in conducting due diligence and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Ability to manage project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
