About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Real Estate Developer to lead exciting new projects from conception to completion in a fully remote capacity . This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in identifying development opportunities, managing budgets, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of property development. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of urban and residential landscapes, working with a distributed team of architects, contractors, and consultants. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, adept at managing complex projects remotely and driving successful outcomes in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and market research.
• Manage all phases of the development process, including land acquisition, planning, design, financing, and construction.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and ensure projects are completed within scope and on time.
• Negotiate contracts with landowners, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the marketing and sales strategies for completed developments.
• Ensure compliance with all local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate development , with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong understanding of finance, market analysis, and project management principles.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills , with the ability to manage diverse teams remotely.
• Proficiency in development software and virtual collaboration tools .
• Experience in navigating regulatory requirements and securing permits.
