Our client is seeking driven and outgoing Sales Agents to join their growing team in Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal. In this field-based role, you will actively source new business opportunities and sell tailored funeral cover solutions to government employees, including police officers, nurses, and broader public sector staff.


Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and acquire new business opportunities.
Promote and sell funeral cover products to government employees.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within targeted sectors.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.




Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years'' sales experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience working within the PERSAL insurance sales environment.
Strong understanding of the South African government employee market.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid driver''s license and access to one''s own reliable vehicle.

Advantageous:
An active RE5 qualification.
Direct experience selling funeral cover or group risk products.
An existing network within the police, nursing, healthcare, or broader public sectors.
Relevant financial services or insurance qualifications.
