Process Improvement Engineer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Process Improvement Engineer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is dedicated to identifying and implementing enhancements across all manufacturing and operational processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will leverage data analysis, lean methodologies, and innovative thinking to drive significant operational advancements. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing and business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement strategies and solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.
• Conduct data analysis, performance monitoring, and root cause investigations for process-related issues.
• Develop and present business cases for proposed process improvements, including cost-benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement , lean manufacturing, or operational excellence roles.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills .
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis software, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
