Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and development of novel chemical processes, focusing on scalability and economic feasibility.
• Conduct rigorous pilot plant studies to validate process designs, optimize operating parameters, and generate performance data.
• Develop and refine process models and simulations to predict performance and identify critical control points.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and scale-up recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with remote R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to facilitate technology transfer.
• Ensure all process development activities adhere to strict safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process development , scale-up, and technology transfer, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven expertise in experimental design, process modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of reaction engineering , separations, and process intensification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive innovation independently.
