Job Description

• Vans is looking for Two dynamic and passionate Seasonal Sales Assistants to join their crew in Sandton.
• The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales through product knowledge and styling advice, and maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with the Vans brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers, processing transactions, replenishing stock, and contributing to a positive and energetic store environment. The ideal candidate must be a strong brand ambassador who embodies the company’s values and culture. A proven strength in sales is essential, with a track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Being KPI-driven and results-focused will be a strong advantage. A keen interest in streetwear, sneakers, extreme sports and youth culture is essential, along with weekend and retail holiday availability.

Requirements:

• Relative experience in a similar brand
• 1 year sales experience
• Motivated and positive attitude
• Love the brand
