About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Financial Advisory to join their team in Vereeniging. This role focuses on providing clients with strategic financial guidance, transaction support, and performance improvement advice. You will work with a diverse range of businesses, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes, make informed investment decisions, and optimize their financial structures. The ideal candidate possesses a strong financial acumen, excellent analytical capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering high-value advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence services for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and transaction structuring.
• Advise clients on corporate finance strategies, capital raising, and debt restructuring.
• Assist in performance improvement initiatives, including cost management and profitability enhancement.
• Manage client relationships and project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of advisory services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CFA or CA(SA) are highly desirable.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation techniques, and corporate finance principles.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction advisory.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
