Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for quality and efficiency enhancement.
• Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct time studies and motion studies to evaluate workstation efficiency and propose ergonomic improvements.
• Help to implement and monitor new processes and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• A foundational understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and process mapping software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote tasks with on-site collaboration.
