Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize mechanical engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering project management.
• Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
