What will you be doing?
We have an exciting learning opportunity for a Graduate: Industrial Engineering, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:
- Assist in analyzing production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and waste reduction.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze production data to track KPIs such as throughput, yield, and downtime.
- Participate in time studies and workflow analysis to improve labor and equipment utilization.
- Help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to support operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to special projects related to automation, layout optimization etc
Essential skills and competence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and basic industrial engineering tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
Entry:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
Programme:
- Perform all tasks communicated and required
- Required to work a 5-day week & overtime as required.
