Warehouse Administrator – PLG

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our PLG (Previously Loved Goods) Warehouse team in Jet Park.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory administration, trade-in processing, stock movements, order fulfilment, customer query resolution, and maintaining accurate warehouse records to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track store trade-ins and stock transfers.
• Manage online trade-in administration, assessments, customer feedback and returns.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory queries.
• Process RTVs, stock movements and inventory corrections.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
• Process and respond to customer, store and internal queries within agreed service levels.
• Pick, pack, invoice and dispatch online and store orders.
• Assist with stock tracing, reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure all warehouse administration activities are completed accurately and timeously.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control or stock management environment.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working with inventory management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
