About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Property Maintenance Cleaner to ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of commercial properties in Polokwane . This role involves routine cleaning, minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring all common areas and facilities are presentable and safe for tenants and visitors. You will be a key member of the property management team, contributing to the positive image and functionality of commercial spaces in the Limpopo region. A proactive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties in commercial buildings , including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and office spaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and reporting larger repair needs.
• Ensure exterior areas, such as walkways and parking lots, are clean and free of debris.
• Respond to cleaning and maintenance requests from property managers and tenants promptly in Polokwane .

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
