Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage, train, and mentor restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build guest loyalty.
• Control inventory, manage food and beverage costs, and maintain profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu development, quality control, and presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability in staff training, performance management, and team motivation.
• Excellent understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is essential.
