Recruitment Consultant - Sales & Marketing

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic Recruitment Consultancy based in Vereeniging , is seeking an energetic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant specializing in Sales and Marketing roles. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients across diverse industries, identifying and attracting top sales and marketing talent. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting candidates with exciting career opportunities. You will play a key part in the growth of the consultancy within the Gauteng region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and marketing positions, from initial client consultation to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and market landscape.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
• Provide market insights and advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven track record in Sales and Marketing recruitment .
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of the Vereeniging and surrounding areas' business landscape is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
