About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Remote Guest Experience Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting guests from anywhere. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all touchpoints. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively engage with guests to build relationships and foster loyalty. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to address guest inquiries and resolve issues.


• Proactively engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback.


• Document all guest interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.


• Identify trends in guest feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement service improvements.


• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and commitment to guest satisfaction.


• Manage guest expectations and ensure timely follow-up on all requests and concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service , guest relations, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a remote capacity.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.


• Proficiency with CRM software and remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).


• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
