You will be responsible for developing deep market knowledge, building targeted candidate pools, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for clients requiring specialized skills. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop expertise in one or more specialized recruitment markets (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Healthcare, Digital).
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for niche roles, ensuring a high level of technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients within your specialized sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Stay current with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within your specialist areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices for talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a proven ability to recruit for specialized or niche roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop deep market knowledge in a specific industry sector.
• Strong sourcing skills using various tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing office presence with remote flexibility.
