Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Chemical Process Engineer to join their growing team in East London . Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the design and development of chemical processes and equipment.
- Support process optimization initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Conduct data collection and analysis for process performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical documentation, including reports, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in plant safety reviews and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide on-site technical support during plant operations and equipment installations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in chemical engineering or a related field (internships count).
- Basic understanding of chemical process principles, unit operations, and thermodynamics.
- Familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn.
