About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead their operations in Polokwane. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
• Manage inventory levels accurately, conducting regular cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize space and productivity.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, liaising with carriers and drivers.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics staff to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management and Logistics.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, supply chain principles, and transportation management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
