Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group support sessions via video conferencing and phone calls.
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop collaborative support plans.
- Offer psychoeducation on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and self-care.
- Facilitate referrals to specialized mental health services and community resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records using secure electronic systems.

Requirements

- Registered with a relevant professional body (e.g., HPCSA).
- Demonstrated experience in providing mental health support or counseling.
