Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert haircuts, fades, beard trims, and hot towel shaves with precision and style.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards for the workspace, tools, and equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest barbering trends, styles, and techniques.
• Lead and mentor junior barbers, providing guidance on technical skills and client service.
• Ensure smooth operation of the barbering section, including scheduling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Professional Barbering qualification or certification.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing Barber.
• Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques, including scissor cuts, clipper work, and straight razor shaves.
• Strong understanding of hair growth patterns and facial structure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a significant advantage.
