The Nedbank Chartered Accountant (CA) Training Programme offers aspiring Chartered Accountants the opportunity to complete their SAICA-accredited articles within a dynamic banking environment. Over a three-year period, trainees rotate across various divisions of the bank, gaining exposure to finance strategy, governance, reporting, risk management, and business processes. Responsibilities
- Rotate into various divisions within the bank during the three-year CA training period
- Manage deliverables within reasonable turnaround times aligned to role specifications and rotations
- Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems while adding value
- Proactively drive and manage personal learning and development in line with SAICA requirements
- Participate in programme committees such as Marketing, Recruitment, and Social to enhance professional development
- Contribute to Nedbank's culture and transformation goals through initiatives like staff surveys
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
- Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent programme granting access to SAICA's Initial Test of Competence
