Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and engaging Physics lessons to secondary school students across various grade levels.
• Design, set up, and supervise practical laboratory sessions, ensuring student safety and adherence to protocols.
• Develop and implement effective assessment strategies, including tests, assignments, and projects, to gauge student understanding.
• Utilize a range of teaching methodologies and educational technology to enhance learning and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or Science Education.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification recognized in South Africa.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching Physics at the secondary school level.
• Strong knowledge of physics concepts and modern pedagogical techniques for science education.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire adolescent learners.
• Proficiency in conducting safe and effective science experiments.
