About the Role

Our client requires an experienced HR Generalist for a fixed-term contract position based in Paarl . This role is essential for providing comprehensive HR support during a period of significant organizational activity, ensuring continuity and smooth operation of HR functions. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, from employee relations to recruitment and policy implementation, contributing to the effective management of human capital. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, providing support across recruitment, onboarding, and employee queries.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
• Coordinate training and development activities as needed.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive introduction to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Solid understanding of South African employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
