About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Civil Site Engineer to join their project teams in Upington. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to engineering plans and specifications.


• Conduct quality control checks and material testing as required.


• Monitor project progress, schedule, and resource utilization on a daily basis.


• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress photos, and measurement books.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.


• Identify and report any site issues or deviations from the design promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.


• 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site supervision or construction.


• Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.


• Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
