Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume and niche roles across various sectors.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a significant portion in a senior or principal capacity.
• Proven track record of success in placing candidates at all levels, including executive search.
• Exceptional understanding of the Western Cape job market and key industry players.
• Strong business acumen, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team.
