About the Role

Our client, a progressive recruitment consultancy with a presence in Port Elizabeth , is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes for key clients. This role emphasizes sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates across various sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, and finance, which are prominent in the Eastern Cape. You will be crucial in building talent pipelines, advising clients on market trends, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to contribute effectively from anywhere while supporting businesses in the Eastern Cape and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of professional and technical roles.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, leveraging online platforms and networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, providing expert recruitment advice.
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to optimize sourcing and selection processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in filling roles within industries relevant to the Eastern Cape .
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
