About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical laboratory sessions across undergraduate and postgraduate Electrical Engineering courses.
• Conduct cutting‑edge research in a relevant area of electrical engineering, publishing findings in leading academic journals and conferences.
• Supervise postgraduate student research projects and dissertations, providing expert guidance and mentorship.
• Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring course content remains relevant to industry advancements and research frontiers.
• Engage in departmental administrative duties, committee work, and potentially faculty outreach activities.

Requirements

• A PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A strong record of research output, evidenced by peer‑reviewed publications and a clear research trajectory.
• Significant experience in teaching at the university level, with a demonstrated ability to engage students effectively.
• Experience in supervising postgraduate students.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, suitable for an academic leadership role.
