Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of a team of electrical maintenance technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and assist in procurement processes for electrical components.
• Conduct regular safety toolbox talks and ensure proper training for the maintenance team.

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician with a relevant trade test certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and power distribution.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations within an industrial environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
