Senior Graphic Designer, Brand Activation

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead brand activation initiatives in Tembisa . This role is critical in translating brand narratives into visually stunning and impactful designs across a variety of mediums. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement within the arts and entertainment landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to conceptualize and execute event branding and collateral.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and external agencies as needed.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute positively to the overall brand image.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on brand activation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, particularly in print and digital media for the arts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting in Tembisa .
