About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Flight Operations Coordinator to support their flight operations out of Polokwane . This role involves managing and coordinating various aspects of flight scheduling, resource allocation, and operational logistics. You will liaise with pilots, ground crew, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight schedules, crew assignments, and aircraft availability.
• Manage operational logistics, including ground handling and fueling arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor flight status and proactively address any potential disruptions or delays.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and analyses.

Requirements
