Head of Legal & Compliance

Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Legal & Compliance to lead their legal department in Sandton . This senior leadership role involves overseeing all legal affairs, ensuring robust compliance frameworks, and managing risk across the organization. You will be responsible for setting the legal and compliance strategy, managing a team of legal professionals, and liaising with regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the financial services sector in Gauteng , driving integrity and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the legal and compliance functions of the organization.
