Contracts Manager

A reputable residential developer is seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple residential construction projects while ensuring contractual compliance commercial performance and successful project execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Construction qualification
• Minimum 10 years residential construction experience
• SACPCMP Professional Registration
• Strong contract administration and project leadership experience
• Excellent stakeholder and commercial management skills

Duties:

• Manage multiple residential construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Oversee contractual obligations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead project teams including Site Managers subcontractors and professional consultants.
• Monitor project budgets forecasts and commercial performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Implement construction strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SACPCMP requirements building regulations and industry standards.
• Review project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Conduct project performance reviews and resource planning.
• Liaise with clients consultants municipalities and executive stakeholders.
• Drive quality assurance and ensure successful delivery of residential developments.
• Approve project schedules procurement plans and change management processes.
• Manage dispute resolution claims administration and contractual correspondence.
