Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate developmental programs and activities to foster learning.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and provide individualized support strategies.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the child's development both at home and in the center.
• Observe children's interactions and behavior, guiding them in developing social skills and emotional regulation.
• Manage classroom routines, including feeding, hygiene, and nap schedules, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with young children in a developmental setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent observational, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement creative and engaging learning experiences.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
