About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialized and self-motivated Industrial Engineer to join their fully remote team. In this position, you will focus on developing and refining advanced operational models and simulation scenarios to support strategic planning and decision-making. This role requires a deep analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable insights, all while working from a remote location. You will be a key contributor to optimizing resource allocation, supply chain logistics, and production efficiency on a global scale, collaborating with teams across different time zones and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate complex operational models and simulations for production and supply chain optimization.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key operational indicators.
• Collaborate with project teams across different regions to gather requirements and validate model outputs.
• Provide expert technical guidance on statistical modeling, forecasting, and optimization techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering , with a strong focus on modeling and simulation.
• Expertise in simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, Simio) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
• Proficiency in data mining, predictive modeling, and optimization algorithms.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
