About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaning Services Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Mahikeng . This role involves supervising a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will be responsible for task delegation, quality control, inventory management of cleaning supplies, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a balance between on-site supervision and remote administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support.
• Delegate tasks and monitor the completion of cleaning duties according to schedules and standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing coaching.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, with supervisory experience preferred.
