Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for finance and accounting roles, from junior to senior levels.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the financial services industry.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, verifying qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to both clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on finance recruitment .

• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its talent needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
