Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative mechanical components for the automotive sector, adhering to project timelines and specifications.
• Utilize 3D CAD software to create detailed designs, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
• Conduct design reviews, stress analysis, and tolerance studies to ensure component robustness.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective for mass production.
• Investigate and resolve design-related issues encountered during prototyping and testing phases.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automotive engineering and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools like SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to automotive components (e.g., injection molding, stamping).
• Familiarity with APQP and PPAP methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
