Regional Delivery Specialist

About the Role

Our client is recruiting a dedicated Regional Delivery Specialist to cover deliveries within the Limpopo province, based out of Polokwane. This role is critical for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to a diverse range of clients across the region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a thorough knowledge of provincial routes, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This position offers the opportunity to be an integral part of the distribution network in northern South Africa, operating from Polokwane.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver goods efficiently and safely to designated regional locations.
• Plan daily routes to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Ensure the proper handling and security of all delivered items.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and requirements.
• Maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Complete all necessary delivery documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Valid Code 10 Driver's License with PDP.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in delivery or transportation roles.
• In-depth knowledge of routes and road conditions throughout the Limpopo province.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
