About the Role

Our client is looking for proactive and organized Graduate Project Coordinators to support their project management office in Port Elizabeth . Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.


• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.


• Liaise with clients and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.


• Prepare project status reports and documentation.


• Help manage project-related documentation, ensuring it is current, complete, and stored properly.


• Identify and raise potential project risks and issues to the project manager.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
