Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and detailed engineering of advanced mechanical systems and components.
• Perform complex engineering calculations, stress analysis, thermal analysis, and simulations using industry-standard software.
• Develop and manage technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and testing protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams, project managers, and stakeholders through virtual communication channels.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, CATIA) and a deep understanding of engineering principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a fully remote setting .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in virtual collaboration tools.
