Supervisor vacancy in Port-Elizabeth South Africa

The Restaurant Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during their shift. They are responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and ensuring that all restaurant procedures are followed. The Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that the restaurant meets its revenue and profitability targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers and ensuring their satisfaction
• Train, supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff including servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders
• Ensure that all restaurant procedures are followed, including health and safety standards, food handling, and sanitation regulations
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of restaurant staff, and provide feedback to the Restaurant Manager
