Senior Data Analyst - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large healthcare datasets (e.g., patient records, claims data, operational metrics) to extract actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through data analysis.
• Apply statistical methods and data modeling techniques to predict trends and inform strategic planning.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all analytical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst , with a significant portion in the healthcare industry .
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
