Remote Childcare Consultant

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Remote Childcare Consultant to provide expert advice and support to families and childcare providers. In this fully remote position, you will leverage your expertise in early childhood development and care to offer guidance on curriculum development, regulatory compliance, best practices in child safety, and parent engagement strategies. You will be instrumental in helping our clients enhance their childcare services and create optimal learning environments from anywhere in the country, working within a dynamic, technology-driven organization that champions flexible work arrangements and values impactful consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with parents and childcare centers to assess needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Develop and deliver online training modules and resources on various childcare topics, including child safety, curriculum design, and behavioral support.
• Research and stay abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the childcare industry.
• Create comprehensive reports and action plans based on client consultations and virtual assessments.
• Contribute to the development of online content, such as articles, webinars, and guides, to support a broader audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare management, consultation, or early childhood education.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective remote guidance and support.
• Proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
