Senior UX Researcher

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and insightful Senior UX Researcher to join their product innovation team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Your insights will directly influence product strategy and design decisions, ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, accessible, and meet the evolving needs of our global user base. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to champion a user-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct a variety of qualitative and quantitative user research studies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests, card sorting).
• Analyze research data and synthesize findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• Present research findings and user personas to cross-functional teams, advocating for the user's perspective.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define research objectives and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of user journey maps and service blueprints.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience conducting user research for digital products.
• Expertise in a wide range of research methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into user-centered insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
