Program Manager - Youth Development

About the Role

Our client, a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee their youth development initiatives in Centurion. This crucial role involves the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to foster educational success, life skills, and career readiness among young people. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of youth development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably within youth development or non-profit settings.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting for program evaluation.
