Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and problem resolution for complex customer issues across our product suite.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software malfunctions remotely.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and workarounds meticulously in the support knowledge base.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve systemic issues.
• Develop and deliver technical training materials for support staff and customers.
• Mentor junior support staff and contribute to the overall technical expertise of the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar advanced technical role.
• Strong proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical data effectively.
• Superior communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Experience working with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and cloud-based environments.
• A strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and application support.
